RETURN POLICY

Right of Return (14 days) You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt of your order, without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and the protective seal is intact.

Hygiene Exception for Cosmetics For hygienic reasons and in accordance with Article 6:230p of Dutch Civil Code, opened skincare products cannot be returned:

• Products in jars/pots: Once the protective seal under the lid has been removed, the product cannot be returned due to bacterial contamination
• Products with pumps: Once the product has been opened and used, returns are not possible

Exceptions - Defective or Faulty Products You are always entitled to a replacement or refund when:

• The product is defective (e.g., pump doesn't work, packaging damaged upon delivery)
• The product is spoiled (smells rancid, separated immediately upon opening)
• The product does not conform to the description

In these cases, you can contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.
